A weeklong celebration every 3rd week of January in honor of our Patron Saint, the Senor Sto. Nino. Various programs are lined up for this such as motocross, drum and corps competition, Ginoong Cadiz and Mutya. These are a few of the many programs during the celebration. This spectacular revelry features “Ati” tribes garbed in their colorful costumes dancing to the fast and deafening beat of drums while carrying the image of the Holy Child Jesus.
A live reenactment of the Passion of Jesus Christ pattered after Oberammergau of Germany stage in Good Friday with the participation of several Catholic religious organizations.
Pagtal-tal, meaning to remove, refers to the final act of the play, which shows the dead body of the crucified Jesus Christ taken off the cross and laid on his mother’s arms.
Independence day Celebration (June 12), a flag raising Ceremony and program in honor of our local unsung heroes together with the sons and daughters of the late Veterans a wreath laying ceremonies followed.

A memorial wall that serves as a sidewall to the Cadiz City Public Plaza, it is a tribute to all war veterans who fought against the invaders during the World War II. An enormous list of heroes is emblazoned/embossed onto the 10-feet-tall wall.
Balay Alibangbang is the first live butterfly sanctuary in the province. Located in Hacienda Tagud, the place is ideal for seminars and family outings.
Cornel Swimming Pool in Brgy. Cabahug os 13 kilometers from the city proper, it can be reached within 15 minutes. It offers swimming lessons and is venue of swimming competitions. The pool is open to public on Wednesday through Sunday. 13 kilometers away from the City proper, it also offers swimming and horseback riding lessons, and accepts wedding occasion, seminars and other parties. Travel time runs about 15 minutes from the City. Entrance fee is P30.00/ person (adult/ children)

Lacawon Island Resort – This white sand island resort is located at Barangay Cadiz Viejo and is a 20 – minute drive by motorboat from the shoreline of Cadiz Viejo proper.
Laura Beach and Seafront – Located at Barangay Daga, Cadiz City. It has swimming pools for adults and kids, KTV bar and restaurant, lawn tennis, mini – billiard, ball room / disco pub and floating restaurant. Cornell Swimming Pool – Located at Hacienda Ogie, Barangay Cabahug. This twenty minutes drive pool from the city offers fresh water from the brook that continuously flows out into the pool of adults and kids.
Green Lagoon (Sicaba Beach Resort) – Located at Brgy. Sicaba, the place has nature cottages and gardens and a fishpond of “bangus” and “tilapia” where one can enjoy fishing for a kilo sell.
Sta. Cruz Beach Resort – This beach resort is located at Brgy. Banquerohan, a 10 minutes drive from the city proper. Equipped with native beach houses and blue cool sea waters.
City Park – Fronting to the Cadiz City Hall has gardens, trees and fountain. Found also is the new Statue of Dr. Jose Rizal with Mother Philippines and a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Pacol Falls – An unexploited falls located at Brgy. C.S. Villacin & is one of the many falls found in the far flung barangays of the City.
Rice Terraces at Brgy. Magsaysay – Located at Brgy. Magsaysay, a far flung barangay of Cadiz City where farming is the main source of livelihood.
Ancestral Houses and Mansions – Cadiz City has many ancestral Houses and Mansions located at the various barangays where one can enjoy an hacienda way of life. At present owners of this houses agree to a visit subject to a prior notice.
